Extended Support Plan ($7,500 / quarter):
We do recommend to purchase the Extended Support Plan for at least 1 quarter with our the implementation plan. This plan includes:
• 12 weekly one-hour meetings for the first quarter after go live.
• Use of Tensoft Support without deducting support cases from your support plan. This is for all support cases coming in through email@example.com.
Support case packages allow customers to utilize Tensoft support on a per case basis. Individual support cases are priced at $225 per case if the case is not covered by a support plan:
• Annual Support Plan (up to 5 cases) for $850
