Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Plans
At Tensoft, we understand that every company has unique business needs. Leveraging our 15+ years of experience in the technology industry, we have perfected 3 implementation plans that meet the organizational needs of small to medium businesses.
Extended Support Plan ($8,250 / quarter):
In addition to the implementation described above, we offer a 90 Extended Support Plan to help ensure our customers success after the go live. We require at least 1 quarter of Extended Support. This plan includes:
- 12 weekly one-hour meetings for the first quarter after go live.
- Use of Tensoft Support without deducting support cases from your support plan. This is for all support cases coming in through email@example.com.
After your Extended Support period ends, we offer an annual support plan.
- Annual Support Plan (up to 10 cases) for $2,000
Support case packages allow customers to utilize Tensoft support on a per case basis. Individual support cases are priced at $250 per case if the case is not covered by a support plan.
